Shipping Policy

1. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges of Rs.50 will be charged on orders of value up to Rs.2000. . Please note, Shipping  charges are Non-Refundable.

2. Where do you ship?

Across India. However, there could be few pin codes for which serviceability is not possible. We don’t ship overseas for now. We’ll be coming up with that very soon.

3. What if I haven’t received my order?

Don’t worry. Just write to us at  care@honeybearworld.com with our order number and tracking number, we’ll update you about the exact status of your order.

4. How much time will my order will take to get delivered?

We dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same day. Orders received after 12pm are dispatched on the next day. Once dispatched, your order might take from 2 Days (Punjab region & Delhi NCR) – 8 Days (Rest of India) for the delivery. In case your order is taking more time than the average mentioned, please drop us an email at  care@honeybearworld.com    to get an update on the exact status.

5. I’ve ordered a personalized product, how much time will it take to be dispatched?

Orders with personalized products will be dispatched after 48HR from the confirmation time. All personalized products are first re-confirmed with customers over call by our support team & then proceeded.
